Sewer Overflow Abatement Plan Public Input Meeting!
By: Montaze Trumbo
Learn. Share. Engage. You are invited to a public meeting concerning projects in your neighborhood. Keeping rainwater out of the sewer system helps prevent sewer overflows into our local waterways and helps avoid backups into homes. MSD is working in your neighborhood to avoid these overflows of untreated sewage. We invite you to attend this informational session to learn what sewer overflows are, why they occur and how you can help lessen these overflows. MSD will be sharing plans and seeking input concerning the I64 & Grinstead Storage Basin. We invite you to be a part of achieving clean, safe, waterways for our community.
